All our pieces are made to order and we offer customisation options such as wood variety, upholstery and leather colours.
Tables can be made to different dimensions and we can adjust the height of our bar stools.

Please allow for an 8-10-week delivery time from date of order. We need time to select the wood, plane and acclimatise it to our workshop and then produce the furniture.
For bespoke commissioned or custom pieces, we will need to confirm the delivery time that could be affected by external suppliers.
All of our pieces are made to order. Payment of 50% of the order cost is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is payable when the furniture is ready for delivery. Pieces will only be shipped after full payment.

We will inform you about the finishes used on your furniture and suggest cleaning and care processes.
Damaged furniture can sometimes be fixed, we work mostly with solid wood that can be repaired, sanded and re-finished. We are happy to quote for repairing damaged pieces.

Returns can be refunded (80%) up to 10 days after purchase as long as the product is in perfect, resaleable condition. This does not apply for custom or commissioned pieces. The buyer is responsible for returning the product in perfect condition.
Any damage on delivery should be reported within 24 hours. We cannot accept responsibility after this time for furniture that is not in our care.
Wood is a natural material and variations in colour, knots and grain patterns are expected. Returns cannot be accepted based on natural material variations.
Wood can warp, swell or shrink and crack if exposed to varying climatic conditions. We work with wood that has been dried to the correct moisture levels for furniture production. If pieces are shipped to regions of the world with different climatic conditions to Stockholm there is a risk of movement in the wood. We cannot accept returns based on climatic variations, adjusting temperature and moisture will typically solve this issue.
